Out of the park today at about 9:45 and over to have a look at Morgan wharf area.

From there we headed off for our day towards Eudunda where we checked out the silo art and then headed on towards Saddleworth through numerous places.

Lots of cropping land – wheat and canola. Then into the Clare Valley area and along the Epicurean Way, where it was vineyards and wineries everywhere between little towns like Auburn, Marrabel, Penwortham, Seven Hills, Booleroo Centre, stopped for a bite of lunch at the bakery in Watervale then through Clare, Spalding, Jamestown for fuel and booked for camping at Catninga Station, onto Melrose, Wilmington where we purchased some very pricey firewood, then out through the end of Flinders Ranges past many wind turbines to Catninga.

Heather, Brian and Josie the kelpie welcomed us and we had a chat, paid our $10 pp to camp and headed out the track to camp #1.

We built our fire in their fire ring and enjoyed the first bush camp.

The wind whipped up a couple of times but settled again.

A beautiful starry night!!!
